Bring on the Tooth Fairy!

Okay, so maybe the tooth fairy is jumping the gun a little bit, but our big excitement for the week was the appearance of the elusive first tooth! Very exciting! The first little guy to pop his head out is the bottom right one (if you are looking at her).

Taking a picture to document this was difficult to say the least. She is still working on getting the other bottom one out, and isn't particularly excited about us messing around with her mouth. So yes, the picture is odd, BUT the event has been documented for posterity!


Can you see it? Put on your glasses, because it is just barely out, but it's out far enough to feel if you get your finger caught in there! In fact, I was giving Kaiya a sip of my drink out of a glass cup, and she kept clinking her tooth on it.


Kaiya also had a play date with a bunch of friends from church, including Molly, who was born just one day before Kaiya, here is a picture of Molly (on the left) and Kaiya (on the right), with Molly's mommy Megan (in the middle).
